Festival Information and Rules

Refunds & Transfers: Tickets are non-refundable but may be securely transferred through the Ticket Spice app (link in your confirmation email). Avoid unauthorized third-party transfers.

Seating: Low chairs and blankets up front; higher chairs toward the back. Unattended seats may be used by others.

Shade: OFOAM provides shared shade tents with chairs. Personal tents, umbrellas, or canopies are not allowed.

Dogs: No dogs inside festival gates. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are allowed only in the campground for registered campers.

Dancing: Dance in the designated area (right of stage). Please don’t block seated areas.

Family Zone: Located left of stage; soft boundaries may shift based on use.

Recording & Photography: Cell phone and small cameras allowed (unless announced otherwise). No flash, video recording, or professional cameras with detachable lenses. Commercial use of images or recordings requires written permission.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the audience. Use the designated smoking area by the river and dispose of butts responsibly.

Safety: No weapons, firearms, or projectile items. Aggressive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated.

Alcohol & Glass: No outside alcohol or glass. Alcohol (21+) available for purchase with wristband. Clear bags only; all are subject to search. No coolers. Containers must be empty at entry/exit.

Food & Beverage: Food and drink available onsite. No outside food, coolers, or glass. Bring an empty reusable water bottle—refill stations provided. Coolers for special needs diets may be left at the ticket booth.

Parking:

  • Observatory Park Lot: Free public parking (south end of “A” Ave); paths marked and lit.
  • Campground Lots:
    • North: ADA, seniors, VIP, and premium campers only. No public parking.
    • South: Registered campers only ($20 fee), vehicle must remain parked  throughout the entire festival.

Weather: Prepare for variable conditions (50s–90s°F, possible rain or storms). Bring layers, hat, and sunscreen.

Sustainability

  • Reduce: Use reusable cups and bottles; refill onsite.
  • Reuse: Keep and reuse utensils and cups.
  • Recycle: Use labeled bins for recyclables and compostables. No glass recycling onsite—please use local facilities.
