Festival Camping Information and Rules

CHECK IN

Campers with a valid 3 day Festival Pass with Camping, and their kids, 16 and younger, may check in to the campground as early as noon on Thursday, May 30

  • Please bring your proof of festival pass (on mobile app or printed) to show at the ticket booth
  • Campers may begin lining up along the east side fence on A Avenue for entry as early as 8 AM Thursday and a driver must stay with your vehicle at all times
  • Be patient with our volunteers as they guide you to the campground, follow all directional signs and obey the 10 MPH speed limit and One Way road for safety
  • If you do not have a campground parking pass, you must unload and relocate your vehicle to the Observatory Park parking lot at the end of A Avenue

CHECK OUT

All campers must check out of the campground no later than 11:00 AM on Monday, June 3

  • If you need to check out on Sunday, June 2 before the end of the festival, you may enter and exit the south campground between 8:00 AM and Noon
  • Leave no trace: pack out all garbage and recycling or place it in the proper garbage or recycling container on site and leave your campsite as you found it
  • Be patient with our volunteers as they assist with check out, follow all directional signs and obey the 10 MPH speed limit and One Way road for safety

RULES

  • No driving in and out of south campground once festival begins. If you anticipate a need to leave during the weekend, park your car in the Observatory Park lot
  • You are NOT allowed to hold spots for other campers
  • Please be KIND! Camping area quiet time is 10pm - 6am. Be respectful of your neighbors and obey the following during quiet time:
    • No generators. Generators can be run during the day, but please keep them to a minimum so as not to disturb other campers
    • No amplified sound
    • No drum circles
    • No excessive noise
  • Keep it GREEN!
    • PACK IN, PACK OUT - or place trash in containers/large receptacles provided. Recycling containers are also found around the park, we encourage you to use them for clean 
      • Plastics #1, #2, (#3 is NOT included), #4, #5, #6, #7
      • Household steel and aluminum cans
        • To save space, please crush your cans
      • Clean unwaxed cardboard
        • To save space, please break down your cardboard boxes
      • Clean Paper
    • Dogs (well behaved) belonging to registered campers are allowed in the campground and must always be on a leash. Dogs are NOT allowed in the festival venue!
    • Do not dump or drain gray or black water in the park. Do not bathe or wash dishes at water hydrants. Continuous water hook-ups are not available
  • Keep it SAFE!
    • Fires are generally allowed in designated fire pits, above ground fire pans, stoves and grills. Fires must always be attended. Depending upon conditions, and on the authority of the Fire Marshall, fires may not be allowed at all. The camp hosts will be able to provide this information
    • Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. Do not carve, chop, cut or damage any live tree or plant
    • No guns, firearms, weapons or other projectile items allowed in the parks, including but not limited to BB guns, air guns, paint ball guns, pellet guns, sling shots, archery, pistols and rifles
    • Speed limit in the park is 10 MPH
    • No problematic, aggressive, or illegal behavior

OFOAM reserves the right to refuse access to the festival for violations of the rules
